If you would like to make a little speech during the wedding day, please let us know as we would love to hear what you have to say.
Gifts?
While we truly don't anticipate any gifts and are simply eager to share our special wedding day with you, if you're set on gifting something, contributions towards our honeymoon in November 2024 would be deeply appreciated.
You can send it via Revolut - https://revolut.me/anitasrz
Are Children invited?
We are eagerly anticipating celebrating our wedding with you. Please note that our wedding will primarily be an adult-focused event. We believe parents might enjoy themselves more without childcare duties. However, we understand that arranging childcare can be challenging. Depending on your child's age, you may prefer to have them accompany you. Thus, the choice is yours. If you wish to bring your little one(s) to the wedding, please let us know so we can see what we can do, as numbers for the venue is limited. We genuinely hope to see you there!
Do I need a Visa for Madeira?
Please check for entry requirements according to your passport and review the government website for details.
Dress Code?
We want our wedding to be strictly Formal Attire.
Travel Insurance?
We would recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes European countries.
What Currency and Payment Methods can be used in Madeira?
Madeira uses the Euro (EUR €). Most places accept cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard. We recommend money travel cards, such as Revolut, as this will give you the best spot exchange rate with low fees. Please check the Revolut App/website for more details.
Parking at the Venue?
It will take around 15-20 minutes to travel from the Church to the Vidamar Resort Hotel. Please be aware the hotel has limited parking.
Hotel guests should have a parking space with their booking (please check with the hotel).
If you are not staying at Vidamar Hotel, you can use the paid hotel parking, roughly EUR10 per day.
